  1. 1) I used my job description to help draw what characteristics I need in order to have a chance to get this job. I used some on the key words from the description to use in my résumé so that it would stick out.
    2) When revising my résumé I used all of the feedback I got from my classmates and teacher. I made all the changes that they suggested and read them over to make sure they worked.
    3) I used parallel structure when writing my résumé. I made decisions on how to word my sentences and I made sure that all my sentences had consistent parts of speech.

  2. 1) I used my job description, of ski patroller, to include tasks the job requires in the objectives section of my résumé.
    2) We revised our résumés by workshopping them in class with our classmates. Later I would go back and make the edits suggested by my peers.
    3) I used parallel structure in my résumé by being consistent in the tense I was writing in. I wrote in past tense, for example, I said I have scheduled events, rather than I am scheduling events.
